Delhi is the richest among large states/UTs with its relative per capita income 250.8% that of the national average in 2023-24, a report by the Economic Advisory Council to the PM said. It's followed by Telangana (193.6%), Karnataka (180.7%), Haryana (176.8%) and Tamil Nadu (171.1%). Among small states/UTs, Sikkim is richest at 319.1%, followed by Goa (290.7%) and Chandigarh (235.8%).
