Zomato has acquired Uber Eats India in an all-stock deal reportedly valued between $300-$350 million. Zomato has made 13 acquisitions so far including New Zealand's MenuMania in 2014, US-based restaurant search guide Urbanspoon for $50-60 million in 2015 and Bengaluru-based Runnr in 2017. In 2018, Zomato acquired Bengaluru's TongueStun Food and Lucknow-based drone startup TechEagle Innovations.
