The word "password" has emerged as the most common password used in India, with hackers taking less than one second to crack it, according to the 2021 research by password manager NordPass. It is followed by "12345", "123456", "123456789", "12345678", "india123", "1234567890", "1234567", "qwerty" and "abc123". Other common passwords are "xxx", "iloveyou", "krishna", "omsairam" and "jaimatadi".
