Singapore has dethroned New Zealand in Bloomberg's Covid Resilience Ranking in April for controlling the virus spread and rolling vaccines at one of the fastest rates in Asia. NZ is followed by Australia, Israel, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, the UAE, Finland and Hong Kong. India sank 10 places to 30th position in April due to a "resurgent outbreak", Bloomberg said.
