Bengaluru has been named the most congested city as per the Traffic Quality Index (TQI) shared by Move In Sync at Mobility Symposium. Bengaluru's score ranged from 800 to 1,000 points. It is followed by Mumbai (787 points), Delhi (747 points) and Hyderabad (718 points). The best time to navigate Bengaluru is at 8 am, the index showed.
