Abuja, Lagos, Islamabad, Bishkek, Karachi, Blantyre, Dushanbe, Durban, Windhoek and Havana are the world's 10 least expensive cities for international workers, according to Mercer's 2024 cost-of-living data. In Islamabad, Lagos and Abuja, the lower costs of living of international assignees have, in part, been driven by currency depreciations, Mercer said.
