Singapore has been ranked as the most expensive city in the world for high-class living, followed by Shanghai and Hong Kong, according to Swiss wealth manager Julius Baer Group Ltd. London slipped to fourth place from second, while New York rose to fifth from 11th last year. Other cities on the list include Monaco, Dubai, Taipei and Sao Paulo.
