TCS is the top company to work for in India, as per LinkedIn's 2025 list. It is followed by Accenture, Infosys, Fidelity Investments, Cognizant, Oracle, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, Google-parent Alphabet and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). The list evaluated companies with over 5,000 global employees based on eight pillars, including gender diversity and company stability.
