India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin today became the fifth bowler to dismiss Australia batsman Steve Smith for a duck in Tests. Before Ashwin, Smith's last two ducks had come against South Africa left-arm spinner Keshav Maharaj and ex-Pakistan left-arm spinner Zulfiqar Babar in 2016 and 2014, respectively. Smith's first Test duck had come in 2013 against former England pacer Chris Tremlett.
