Singapore has become the world's top talent hub, ranking first in INSEAD's 2025 Global Talent Competitiveness Index which measures how countries grow, attract, and retain talent. It was followed by Switzerland, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Meanwhile, India climbed three spots to reach rank 100, while China fell to rank 53 from its previous rank of 40.
