Which countries give employees right to ignore boss' calls after work hours?

Australia is introducing laws giving workers the right to ignore unreasonable calls and messages from their bosses outside of work hours. The 'right to disconnect' is already in place in France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Slovakia, Luxembourg and other EU countries. Chile and Mexico have similar laws. The Philippines and Kenya are looking at enacting similar laws.
