The United States of America (USA) has the maximum voting power at 16.49%, in IMF matters, including that of the bailout loan of $2.4 billion that's been approved for Pakistan. Japan and China have 6.14% and 6.08% voting power, followed by Germany (5.31%), and UK and France (4.03% each). India has 2.63%, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Sri Lanka together have 0.4%.
