Brazil has suspended X (formerly Twitter) after its owner Elon Musk failed to meet the deadline set by the country's Supreme Court judge Alexandre de Moraes to name a legal representative in the country. Apart from Brazil, the micro-blogging social media platform is banned or suspended in countries such as China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Pakistan and Turkmenistan.
