Qatar has the lowest unemployment rate, followed by Cambodia, Niger, Thailand and Burundi, according to US' Central Intelligence Agency. Other countries with the lowest unemployment rates are Chad, Bahrain, Laos, Solomon Islands, and Moldova. India is ranked 70th on the list of 190 countries.
