China will see the biggest net outflow of millionaires globally this year by losing 13,500 high-net-worth individuals, a new report by Henley & Partners said. China will be followed by India, which will witness an exodus of 6,500 millionaires. After India, the UK, Russia, Brazil, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, South Africa and Japan will lose the most millionaires.
