Which countries were India’s top import and export partners in Apr-Aug 2026?

India imported most from China (₹6.28 lakh cr), followed by Russia (₹3.97 lakh cr), US (₹2.69 lakh cr) during April-August 2026, Commerce Ministry said. US remained India’s largest export destination, with exports at ₹41.04 lakh cr, followed by UAE (₹13.03 lakh cr), China (₹9.22 lakh cr). India’s overall imports grew by 18.02%, while exports increased by 15.55% during April-August 2026-27.
