Delhi has enforced a 50% attendance cap in all government and private offices under GRAP Stage 3 as air pollution worsens. Hospitals, fire services, transport, electricity, water, sanitation, prisons and disaster management units are exempt. Others must follow strict work-from-home rules, staggered timings and reduced commuting.
