Starting September 1, RuPay credit card users will earn same reward points for UPI transactions as they do for card transactions. Credit card customers can choose their preferred card network, like Mastercard and Visa, at the time of issuance or renewal from September 6. Special fixed deposit schemes by IDBI and SBI offering higher interest will be discontinued after September.
