Which govt depts received highest number of corruption complaints in 2025?

A report by the Central Vigilance Commission revealed that over 70,500 corruption complaints were received against government bodies last year, with maximum complaints (9,933) being filed against banks, of which 9,520 were disposed of. This was followed by 9,381 complaints related to the Railways and 6,531 complaints related to housing and urban affairs.
