India left-arm spinner Manav Suthar recorded figures of 6-33 against Afghanistan in the one-off Test to become the 10th bowler to claim a five-wicket haul on Test debut for India. Mohammad Nissar is the first Indian cricketer to achieve the feat, after registering figures of 5-93 against England in 1932. Axar Patel did it against England in 2021.
