Uttarakhand's Graphic Era topped list of universities publishing research papers in the least ethical way globally, a research integrity index found. Tamil Nadu's Vel Tech University, Chandigarh University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were ranked next. Tamil Nadu's Saveetha Institute and Anna University and UP's AKTU also made it to the list.
