According to Dr Anshul Mittal of Max Healthcare, poor air quality leads to poor sleep as tiny particles enter the lungs, irritating the respiratory system. He said that keeping a regular bedtime and avoiding screens can help minimise the impact of pollution on sleep. Experts also suggest using antioxidant serums and hydrating moisturisers at night to help repair the skin.
