Which railway employees are eligible for the 78-day Diwali bonus?

The Indian Railways has announced a 78-day productivity-linked bonus for around 11.4 lakh non-gazetted employees ahead of the festive season. Eligible staff include track maintainers, loco pilots, train managers (guards), station masters, supervisors, technicians, pointsmen, ministerial staff and other Group C employees. The annual bonus aims to motivate better performance.
