Which vehicles can and cannot enter Delhi from Nov 1 under GRAP rules?

Vehicles below BS-VI standards, those without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), and goods vehicles whose destination is not Delhi will not be allowed to enter the city from November 1 under the GRAP rules. BS-VI compliant and electric vehicles are exempt from the restrictions. Interstate diesel buses below BS-VI emission standards will also be barred from entering Delhi.
