The IMD has released a list of cities with highest maximum temperature in the country on Wednesday. Nandyal witnessed maximum temperature of 43°C while Kurnool witnessed maximum temperature of 42.7°C. Other cities with highest maximum temperature are Anantapur (42.6°C), Wardha (42.5°C), Gulbarga (42.4°C), Brahmapuri (42.3°C), Solapur (42.2°C) and Akola (42.2°C).
