The White House is drafting guidance to allow federal agencies to bypass Anthropic’s supply-chain risk designation and adopt new AI models, including Mythos, Axios reported. The move follows a fallout between Anthropic and the US Department of War (DoW) earlier this year. The startup had earlier refused to lift restrictions on using its AI for autonomous weapons or domestic surveillance.
