Former Cisco engineer Pradeep Poonia, who is facing a ₹20 crore defamation case by WhiteHat Jr, has claimed that the edtech startup has opposed to his requests for "discovery" documents. He had requested for records of take-down notices issued by YouTube and Twitter and consumer complaints from the National Consumer Helpline. The matter will be next heard on February 1.
