Edtech startup WhiteHat Jr has received a partial gag order by Delhi High Court against engineer Pradeep Poonia in ₹20 crore defamation case against him. Poonia will have to remove some tweets, especially those accusing WhiteHat Jr of being a 'Ponzi scheme'. It's not a final decision in case and court will hear both sides again on January 6.
