Singh continues to remain the wealthiest Indian real estate entrepreneur for the second year in a row. He's followed by Macrotech Developers' Mangal Prabhat Lodha & family, RMZ's Arjun Menda & family, K Raheja's Chandru Raheja & family, and others.
