Marico’s MD and CEO Saugata Gupta emerged as the highest-paid FMCG CEO as his total pay in FY22 jumped by 157% from ₹14.03 crore in FY21 to ₹36.1 crore in FY22. Gupta is followed by HUL's Sanjiv Mehta at ₹22 crore salary, Nestle's Suresh Narayanan (₹18.80 crore), Dabur India's Mohit Malhotra (₹14.60 crore) and ITC's Sanjiv Puri (₹12.59 crore).
