Avesh Khan became the most expensive uncapped player in IPL auction history when he was bought by LSG for ₹10 crore in IPL 2022 auction. Avesh went on to debut for India days after the auction. Avesh is followed by Krishnappa Gowtham (₹9.25 crore), Shahrukh Khan and Rahul Tewatia (₹9 crore each).
