Union minister Dr Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, who's a TDP MP from Guntur, is India's richest minister (union or state) with assets worth more than ₹5,705 crore, an ADR report said. He is followed by Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar (over ₹1,413 crore), Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu (over ₹931 crore), and Andhra Pradesh state minister Narayana Ponguru (over ₹824 crore).
