The government has shared a blood compatibility chart explaining which blood groups can donate to and receive from others. O-negative can donate to all, while AB+ can receive from all. A- can donate to A-, A+, AB- and AB+. B+ can receive from B+, B-, O+, and O-. Further, AB+ can only donate to AB+.
