The BJP-led Gujarat government has announced portfolios for its new 26-member Cabinet. CM Bhupendra Patel kept General Administration, while Deputy CM Harsh Sanghavi retained the Home Ministry, among other key portfolios. Kanu Desai was allocated Finance, Rushikesh Patel got Energy and Petrochemicals, and cricketer Ravindra Jadeja's wife Rivaba received Primary, Secondary and Adult Education.
