Larry is a British domestic cat who has been 'Chief Mouser' to the Cabinet Office at 10 Downing Street since 2011. It was brought in by ex-UK PM David Cameron to deal with a mouse problem and was then given the title. Larry became a symbol of stability, welcoming six prime ministers, including Keir Starmer, in the last 14 years.
