Services spinner Amit Shukla was born on December 28, 2002 in Ayodhya. Son of an Army man, he began practicing at the Indian Army's ground in Lucknow. The 22-year-old has taken 32 wickets in seven first-class games and six wickets in List A matches. He had registered figures of 8-27 in 20 overs against Haryana in Ranji Trophy.
