Anmol Rathore, who secured the 7th rank in UPSC CSE 2023 in the third attempt, is an LLB honours graduate from Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar. Rathore hails from Bhaderwah, a remote village in J&K. She had earlier topped the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (JKAS) 2022 exams and is undergoing a training for the same.
