Indian-American investor Balaji Srinivasan was praised by PM Narendra Modi for his optimism about India's investment climate. Srinivasan was previously CTO of Coinbase and a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He holds a BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. He co-founded Earn.com, Counsyl and Teleport, all of which were later acquired.
