Judge Dalveer Bhandari, the Indian representative at top UN court International Court of Justice (ICJ), favoured ordering an immediate stop to Israel's military operations in Rafah. Bhandari was born in Rajasthan's Jodhpur and has been an ICJ member since 2012. He's a Padma Bhushan awardee and has served as a judge of Supreme Court and Bombay High Court.
