Businessman Haresh Jogani has been ordered to pay approximately ₹20,000 crore to his brothers, namely Shashikant, Rajesh, Chetan and Shailesh, in a property dispute case. Haresh comes from a Gujarat-based diamond trade family, who have established outposts across the world. Shashikant, who moved to California in 1969 to start a firm, brought Haresh in as partner after suffering major losses.
