IAS Neha Byadwal cracked UPSC CSE in her fourth attempt after quitting mobile phone usage and social media for three years. Despite her excellent academic record throughout her school and college life, success in UPSC CSE came in her fourth attempt which she successfully cleared with an AIR 569.
