Indian businessman Balvinder Singh Sahni, or Abu Sabah, who was fined ₹358 crore in Dubai, is the founder of a property management firm with operations in UAE, US, India, and other countries. He owns several properties in Dubai's posh areas and once parked a black Bugatti at his mansion because he was told the colour would ward off "evil eye."
