JPMorgan Chase & Co named Anu Aiyengar as sole head of its global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) franchise. With this, the Indian-origin executive has become the only woman to lead M&As at a major Wall Street bank. A JPMorgan veteran of 24 years, Aiyengar has advised on several large deals during her career, including Burger King's acquisition of Tim Hortons.
