US President Donald Trump's nominee for NASA administrator, Jared Isaacman, who was arrested on fraud charges in 2010, is a billionaire pilot and astronaut. The 42-year-old founded the Shift4 Payments company when he was 16 and commanded the first civilian space crew in 2021. Isaacman, who has reportedly been to space twice, is also qualified to fly military fighter jets.
