Jewel Andrew became the youngest-ever Caribbean Premier League (CPL) debutant, playing for Antigua and Barbuda Falcons in the opening match of the 2024 season. Andrew, 17 years and 266 days, beat Nicholas Pooran, who debuted at the age of 17 years and 300 days. He was the highest run-scorer (207) for West Indies in the 2024 Under-19 World Cup.
