AAP's Arvind Kejriwal appeared in the Delhi High Court and sought recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing his plea in the excise policy case. Justice Sharma has over three decades of judicial experience and was elevated as a permanent judge of the Delhi High Court on March 28, 2022. She holds BA, LLB and LLM degrees.
