Entrepreneur Kimbal Musk, who is Elon Musk's younger brother, is a restaurateur and a director on Tesla's board. The automaker's shareholders will vote on June 13 on the re-election of Kimbal and another director James Murdoch. Kimbal, who owns nearly 2 million shares of Tesla, also became director of Elon's space venture SpaceX in 2002.
