India's Persistent Systems will acquire IITian Manas Human's German IT firm Nagarro in a €1.27-billion (₹13,697 crore) deal. The firm's 54-year-old CEO was born in Assam's Dibrugarh and spent part of his childhood in Iraq before moving to Delhi as a teenager. He changed his surname from 'Fuloria' at the age of 50 to signify his belief in human identity.
