Who is Moninder Singh Pandher, the other accused in Nithari case, & where is he now?

Businessman Moninder Singh Pandher owned House D-5 near Nithari village in Noida, from near which skeletal remains of multiple missing children and women were recovered from drains in 2006. Surendra Koli, who allegedly died by suicide on September 18, worked as domestic help for Pandher. Pandher was acquitted by the Allahabad High Court in 2023 and reportedly lives in Chandigarh.
