Nandini KR, who hails from Karnataka and has topped the Union Public Service Commission's Civil Services Examination 2016, is an officer of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). She is currently on probation at the National Academy of Customs, Excise, and Narcotics in Haryana's Faridabad. Nandini holds a civil engineering degree from Bengaluru's MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
